Policing - a level playing field.

There is division in society, which has crept into policing. Policing has not changed, you Police with the consent of the public, you Police everyone the same, you do not show favouritism to any section of society, when you do then another section of society will feel disenfranchised. The aim of a police officer is to be neutral in all dealings with the public no matter what their own personal feelings, attitudes or membership of any minority or victim group may be. The public displays of support shown by certain police officers for A or B over C is unacceptable to us, the public.
